Programme highlights
EADA Business School partners with B Lab Spain to train sustainability students as B Impact Consultants. Students gain hands-on experience by helping companies measure and improve their social and environmental impact using the B Impact Assessment tool.
Through “B Impact Teams,” they work as consultants, prepare impact reports, and support companies pursuing B Corp certification. This collaboration gives students practical consulting experience, a deeper understanding of real-world sustainability challenges, and an exclusive qualification to add to their resume.
For your final company consulting project, you will work on a real company consulting project where you can put what you have learned throughout the year to the test, integrating theory and practice to address strategic sustainability challenges and make the most significant impact.
Guided by experienced tutors, you will collaborate in teams to create a business plan for a local company while addressing real-world business challenges.

Two Speciality Tracks
The Impact Finance and Governance track consists of three intensive week-long courses led by expert faculty, focusing on sustainable finance, governance models, and impact-driven decision-making.
The Circular Business Models and Ecodesign track, also delivered through three intensive weeks, explores Life-Cycle Assessment and innovative circular strategies, guided by experienced practitioners, including entrepreneurs in fields such as water stewardship.
Disruption Innovation Challenge
Analyse, develop and pitch. Students collaborate with classmates in a 3-day competition to develop the mindset of leading innovators through the Disruptive Innovation methodology.
Students transform into change makers as they work in teams to develop sustainable, innovative solutions to a persistent systemic issue using disruptive innovation.
In the final stage of the challenge, teams pitch their ideas to a panel of experts and “investors,” and then a team is awarded the winner.
Your International Business Immersion Experience. Connections that make a difference
Although your learning begins in the classroom, it doesn't end there. That’s why we take you beyond the classroom—to connect with professionals from diverse fields and hear their insights on today’s key business challenges.
In a typical year, participants from all International Master programmes are offered a variety of city options, including international destinations (last year, Berlin and Milan). Each city is selected for its unique blend of innovative business sectors, diversity, and cultural significance. The week is structured around company visits, workshops, cultural events, and networking opportunities with EADA alumni.
