70 years of developing the leadership that transforms people, organisations and society
Founded in Barcelona in 1957 by a group of business leaders and professionals as an institution that is both ideologically and financially independent, EADA Business School was established with the aim of offering a different approach to management education: close to business, centred on people and focused on action.
Today, EADA is part of the select group of leading business schools recognised worldwide, both by major international rankings such as the Financial Times and prestigious accreditation bodies such as EQUIS and AMBA, which recognise the quality of its programmes and teaching.
Seven decades of evolving alongside business and society
Experience is not simply about the passage of time, but about the ability to evolve. Since its foundation, EADA has educated generations of professionals and business leaders, continuously adapting its programmes and methodologies to respond to the needs of organisations. This track record has established us as a leading institution for those seeking rigorous, relevant education connected to the realities of business.
A non-profit foundation that puts people at the centre
Our status as an independent, private, non-profit foundation shapes the way we understand education. It enables us to maintain a long-term vision, reinvest in academic innovation and place the development of people and organisations at the heart of our work. Since our beginnings, we have maintained a strong commitment to ethics, responsibility and creating value for society.
An international city that fosters an open approach to leadership
We were founded in Barcelona, a city open to the world and recognised for its economic dynamism, capacity for innovation, multiculturalism and international outlook. This environment, together with a diverse community of students, faculty and companies from different countries, makes EADA a place where perspectives, experiences and cultures come together, enriching learning and preparing people to lead in a global context.
