Elena Tecchiati
Elena Tecchiati is an Organizational Psychologist (M.Sc.) with additional international academic training in leadership, mediation, marketing and linguistics. She has obtained certifications in different countries, consolidating a solid intercultural approach. Specialized in leadership, communication, executive presence and negotiation, she is accredited as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the ICF, with training in systemic and ontological coaching. She works internationally with companies and professionals, and collaborates as a teacher, facilitator and coach at EADA and other institutions. She is also an author and professional musician.
