Learn Business Where It Happens: Barcelona
The Master in International Management at EADA Business School combines rigorous business training with immersive leadership development across two unique campuses: the EADA Campus Aragó - Barcelona City Centre Campus and the EADA Residential Training Campus in Collbató.
HARD SKILLS at the Barcelona City Centre Campus
Located in the centre of Barcelona, the newly renovated campus places you in a dynamic international environment where you are consistently placed in real-life business situations, challenged to think like a manager, analyse complex situations and make strategic decisions in a global context.
SOFT SKILLS at the Residential Training Campus
The Residential Training Campus provides high-impact, lasting learning in an immersive environment designed for leadership development and personal growth. During four intensive 2-day modules, you step out of your comfort zone through experiential activities, outdoor challenges and role plays that strengthen essential soft skills. Supported by professor-led workshops and continuous feedback, you develop the confidence to perform effectively in real business environments.
Our Learning Methodology
Our unique methodology ensures that participants develop the critical thinking skills to analyse and perform well even in today’s toughest business situations. But we go a step further. While hard skills may be enough to get your foot in the door at top companies, your soft skills in communication, negotiation, teamwork and leadership are what keep you there and secure your future in the company.
