EADA Business School is holding a new edition of its annual meeting this Friday, 17 April, under a completely renewed concept: the EADA Annual Meeting 2026 “What Matters Fest”. EADA’s Campus 2-Provença in Barcelona becomes the setting for a multi-format festival bringing together more than 500 members of the Alumni community, the business world and the school’s partner network.

The main novelty of this edition lies precisely in its format. Far from the traditional conference model, the event unfolds across six floors of the campus, featuring 25 speakers and moderators, 11 activities and 22 sessions, in a proposal that naturally blends learning, networking and entertainment.

Each floor of the campus hosts a different thematic focus, all connected by a single question: what really matters to today’s professional?

On the 4th floor, six top-level recruiters and head-hunters will share key insights into employability in local and international markets, alongside a specialist in AI applied to the labour market and three international alumni ambassadors who will recount their transition from employees to employers.

The 5th floor focuses on Barcelona as a global hub. Under the concept “Barcelona Matters”, two multinational companies that have centralised their innovation centres in the city will explain why they chose Barcelona and the advantages it offers as a multicultural talent and innovation ecosystem.

On the 6th floor, two entrepreneurs will lead a live podcast session to share their experiences at the helm of their own ventures. The 7th floor hosts the “Profit & Planet” block, featuring a company that has successfully combined profitability and sustainability, as well as the story of an EADA alumnus leading the European solidarity project World Central Kitchen (WCK), the largest global network of culinary leaders.

For those who prefer to learn through laughter, the 8th floor offers two business improshow sessions on intergenerational coexistence in the workplace, designed for active audience participation. Finally, the Student Hub will close the evening with a DJ, dancing and light refreshments in a relaxed networking space.

With this edition, EADA reaffirms its commitment to creating meeting spaces that go beyond education: experiences that strengthen the sense of belonging to a global community united by purpose, talent and positive impact.
