EADA’s Master in Finance Ranked Among the World’s Top 40 by Financial Times 2026
The programme ranks 36th worldwide in the Masters in Finance 2026 ranking and stands out for its strong employability outcomes and focus on sustainable finance
EADA Business School has once again been recognised among the world’s leading business schools for finance education. Its International Master in Finance has secured 36th place in the Financial Times Masters in Finance 2026 ranking, consolidating its position among the top 40 international finance programmes for recent graduates.
Widely regarded as one of the most influential global benchmarks for postgraduate finance education, the ranking assesses factors including alumni salary progression, employability, international diversity among students and faculty, gender balance, academic quality and participant satisfaction.
Highest employability rate among Spanish schools in the ranking
One of the programme’s most notable achievements is its ability to support graduates in securing employment. According to data published by the Financial Times, 97% of graduates find employment within three months of completing the programme, the highest rate among all Spanish business schools featured in this year’s ranking.
This result reinforces the value proposition of the International Master in Finance, an 11-month programme designed to provide a strong technical foundation and facilitate rapid entry into the job market in an increasingly global and competitive financial environment.
An internationally focused programme
The programme’s international dimension remains one of its key strengths. Currently, 86% of participants come from outside Spain, creating a multicultural learning environment that encourages the exchange of perspectives and the development of skills required to work in international organisations.
In addition, the programme includes an international academic experience through an intensive study week at the Paris campus of Skema Business School, a strategic partner of EADA and the institution ranked second worldwide in the Financial Times Masters in Finance 2026 ranking.
Progress in sustainability education and the transition to net zero
EADA’s commitment to embedding sustainability into finance education has also been recognised in this year’s ranking. The school is ranked 18th globally in the ESG and Net Zero Teaching indicator, which assesses the integration of environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria and net-zero transition content within finance programmes.
This represents an improvement of three positions compared with the previous year and places EADA as the second-highest ranked Spanish business school in this area.
“The most meaningful results are those that reflect the real impact a programme has on students’ professional careers. Remaining among the world’s top 40 programmes, achieving the highest employability rate among the Spanish schools included in the ranking, and being recognised as the second-best school in Spain for sustainable finance education demonstrate that we are successfully combining academic rigour, strong links with business and a commitment to addressing the challenges that will shape the future of finance,” says Jaume Bonet, Director of EADA’s International Master in Finance.
International recognition for academic excellence
The presence of the International Master in Finance among the world’s leading programmes strengthens EADA Business School’s international positioning and reinforces its commitment to education focused on professional impact, innovation and sustainability.
With this achievement, EADA continues to consolidate its reputation as one of Europe’s leading business schools for the development of future finance professionals.
