Alumni Afterwork: How to connect with and lead Generation Z at work

EADA Business School + Online
Carrer d'Aragó, 204, Eixample, 08011 Barcelona

Why are companies such as Nude Project and Vicio able to connect with Generation Z, when others find it so difficult?

The new generations do not want to work for companies they do not connect with, on projects they do not believe in, or for companies that do not share their values and philosophy of life. If you want to attract young talent or learn how to manage it once it is within the company, you must know the keys to building an emotional relationship with them.

In this Afterwork, through a dynamic and surprisingly fun practical exercise, we will explore a revolutionary way to identify the personal values of each team member and learn how to strategically align them with the values of the organisation. Because when individual and organisational values are in tune, magic happens: commitment improves, productivity skyrockets, and the employee experience reaches another level.
