Sales Management Today: From Sales Management to Growth Architecture
Sales Management Today: From Sales Management to Growth Architecture
A day of reflection with executives who are leading change
The role of sales management is undergoing a profound transformation. Today, it is no longer enough to simply sell more: strategic vision, decision-making ability in times of uncertainty, scenario building, the incorporation of AI, cross-functional leadership, and the generation of sustainable growth are all required.
That is why EADA is organizing a roundtable discussion bringing together executives from large companies and alumni of the Sales Management Program to discuss, based on real experience, the challenges, opportunities, and expectations that define the sales function today.
Table 1. From commercial success to strategic impact: the turning point for Sales Management
We will begin with a strategic conversation about the role of sales management from the perspective of senior management: what is expected of him/her today in a context of profound transformation, what behaviors generate real influence on the management committee, and what differentiates those who build vision, make decisions in uncertainty, and lead sustainable growth from those who only manage sales.
Intervendrán:
🔸Txus Alós, Sales Director EMEA at Grupo Bimbo
🔸Giampiero Maggioni, Managing Director Iberia at Lyreco Spain
🔸Bea Vila, Chief People & Culture Officer (Former Country Manager Mx) at Grupo Ferrer

This first panel will be moderated by Manuel Miguélez, CEO at North Search Talent Powerhouse and adjunct professor at EADA.
Panel 2. From strategy to action and from learning to impact
But every strategic ambition faces the ultimate test: its execution. And that is where the great tension of the role lies: how to convert that strategic expectation into concrete decisions, team dynamics, commercial focus, and real impact. The second panel focuses precisely on this area: action. It will examine how sales management exercises leadership in organizations where talent is scarce and critical; how it uses information, CRM, and artificial intelligence not as technology, but as decision-making levers; and how key account management is evolving to concentrate value, focus, and impact.
Intervendrán:
🔸Oscar Pascual, Business Development Manager at INSTOP
🔸Diego Marco, Director of Commercial Development Industry at Grup Fedefarma
🔸Josep Estallo, Growth Director at Holistic Data Solutions

This second panel will be moderated by our Sales Program Director, Toni Pinar.
